The setting and location are stunning. the surrounding gardens provide an idyllic retreat and offer plenty of opportunities to explore the region. the rooms are clean and modern. the service is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious and plentiful. the castle is well-equipped with all the facilities you could need for a comfortable stay.

Navigating the winding roads to reach the hotel can be a challenge.

Gorgeous 14th-century Venetian castle. Lovely antique touches. Wonderful private terrace. Amazing view and grounds. Friendly owner with sweet dogs. Gorgeous breakfast room. Elegant setting for breakfast. Pleasant gardens and location

Sleeping in a historical building was a unique and unforgettable experience. We enjoyed the comfortable room with a stunning view. The homemade breakfast delivered directly to our room was delicious and a great way to start the day. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We wish that the location was closer to the city center, as it was a bit of a trek to get there. Additionally, the room was a bit pricey for what it offered, and the cost of heating was somewhat high. However, overall, our stay was enjoyable, and we would recommend this hotel for those looking for a unique and memorable experience.

The castle offered a unique experience for our Xmas stay. Our family enjoyed exploring the historical grounds and beautiful views. the apartments were cozy and nicely furnished, with everything we needed for preparing our meals. We were pleasantly surprised to find local silk factories with scarves from top designers at great prices and a charming town nearby.

The location was difficult to access due to a challenging road. We would have appreciated more clarity on what was included in the stay and how to handle trash.
